Raleigh Charter High School provides special education and related services according to the federal mandates of the Individual with Disabilities Act and the regulations of the North Carolina Public School Law, Article 9.

Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
Raleigh Charter's Student Support Team is a resource for students, teachers, and parents to explore recurring concerns that affect academic progress. This team includes the Exceptional Children coordinator/teacher, grade-level representatives, the parents, and child.
Raleigh Charter’s Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) follow IDEA procedures governing the identification and services (IEP’s) for children with disabilities. 504 Accommodation Plans are developed for students with disabilities who qualify under section 504 of the American Disabilities Act.
